Uses: Cedarwood has been used for acne, dermatitis, eczema, fungal infections, oily skin, dandruff, arthritis, rheumatism, bronchitis, congestion, coughs, cystitis, and nervous tension. It is high in sesquiterpenes, which can stimulate the limbic region of the brain (the seat of emotions), calming and soothing, with sedative effects similar to Sandalwood.
Companion Oils: All citrus oils, bergamot, chamomile, eucalyptus and rosemary.
